- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I thought I was the only one with billing issues! But the problem isn't just the billing, its the lack of response you get when there is an issue. I have attempted to correct my bill at least 15 times, I finally gave up, wrote a letter and stopped going there. I never received a response to my letter, but they keep sending me an incorrect bill. I am currently writing my second letter. They have no idea why they are billing me what they are, nobody there can explain it, and they wont (cant) figure it out, so they just lose three customers in one shot over an issue on their end. The dentists are wonderful but not worth the headache of the billing. I miss Dr Lena but I'm not paying a bill I do not owe.January 25, 2017by Dawn G
