  As a landlord this is a difficult person to deal with. She wants to rent but have no lease so when you disagree with the changing rules and agreements they make with tenants they can just ask you to leave. When I moved in we agreed that I would leave the oil tank full when I move out. They decided four 1/2 months later to change the rules. The latest is they wanted to charge me for the oil in the tank at 185 gallons (3/4 full) when the indicator says there is about 1/3 of a tank full. They also want .60 per gallon more than the going rate. When I challenged this they gave me notice to move. I should have never moved in to their rental. I am happy to be quitting this place after six months, but here is the real kicker they put a lock on the furnace and are denying me heat unless I give them $600. cash. Good luck renting from these people. I should add her husband seems like a very nice fellow but after I have been giving them $975/month ($5850.00 total) for 6 months and he had the nerve to tell me they didn't have the money to fill the tank. They have a huge brand new motorhome and a gas guzzling truck to pull it and over $6000.00 of my money and they are poor. I am disabled and had major surgery this summer. These are not nice people. They change their mind alot and they are very picky. If you rent from them be sure you have a lease! Oh and be sure to have the water tested, when heated it stinks of sulphur and comes out dull gray to black in the shower. They won't tell you this until after you move in but they have reverse osmosis filter in their own house...
