- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The person at front desk is COLD and UNPROFESSIONAL. Its a Drs office. People are coming to the Drs because they are dealing with health issues. Some kind of compassion and understanding and sensitivity needs to be given to the patients. They need to be greeted with kindness and respect. The patients are choosing you as a doctor.
